Some of our groups are engaging through FaceBook Live and Zoom. We hope you are staying in touch with one another and meeting each others needs. Let us know how we can help. Preschool, Kids, and Students have sent online lesson plans and activities. Check out the resource guide page for ways to stay connected. Be sure to participate in the Close Connection Challenge.
The campus is closed for all activities and all events are cancelled for the foreseeable future. We are continuing to follow the county, state, federal guidelines for meetings. The county has extended stay at home though April 30. Our campus is closed. Ministers continue to be available by cell phone and email. Ministers and staff will be working from home. Please do not hesitate to call or email if you have a ministry need. These calls and emails will be monitored remotely. A very limited number of staff will be on campus to facilitate live-streamed events. We are praying for you every day.
The Daily Devotional and Social Media posts will continue to provide encouragement on ways we can safely minister to our neighbors. As always we have the opportunity to be salt and light and share the hope that we have in our relationship with Jesus Christ. We encourage you to pray for your neighbors, do prayer walks, leave a note on their door, and find ways to bless them. Again, be sure to participate in the Close Connection Challenge if you are able.
We are grateful for your partnership in ministry. We recognize that these are challenging times for many. We want to keep the mission and ministry of Tallowood strong as we head into the future. Please continue to ask God how He wants you to contribute. We are cutting every expense possible but also want to meet our current commitments.
