Super Place Camp

Super Place Camp is a weeklong Christian camp held each August at a host church in the West Houston area.  Churches such as Tallowood Baptist Church, Chapelwood United Methodist Church, Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church and Houston’s First Baptist Church pool their resources and staff to host this remarkable week of Bible study and activities customized for children ages 4 through those in high school (up to 22) with disabilities.  Volunteers from these churches and the local community serve as Buddies for each camper, providing meaningful friendships which often last well beyond this amazing week.

Super Place Camp 2018 will be held at Tallowood Baptist Church the week of July 30 – August 3. Camp is from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. each day and includes Bible Stories, Music, Crafts, Recreation, and Special Events/Visitors. Each camper is paired with a Buddy Volunteer for the week, and the relationships formed are beautiful. Super Place Camp is an amazing Vacation Bible School experience for children with special needs.  This camp fills up quickly and has limited space, so register using the link below. Cost: $50.

Camper Registration is now closed. Please contact Allyson Pimentil at to add a name to the wait list.
