GREAT Kids Hiked Hershey Park to Help Haiti
Thank you to the boys and girls, parents, grandparents and volunteers who hiked Hershey Park to benefit the people of Haiti.
God provided a beautiful sunny afternoon for 43 hikers to hike 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 miles. Amidst the talking, laughing, and running ahead, some hikers probably hiked even further!
To this date, the Tallowood family has given $1949.00 to support boys and girls in their effort to help families in Haiti. Contributions will aid Texas Baptist Men’s clean water project for Haiti. Providing clean water for the people of Haiti is vital to their recovery from the devastating earthquake in January. Providing opportunities for boys and girls to help others teaches them to love God and their neighbor.
